Cenova's Managing Director and founder is Salim Janmohamed. Salim also serves as the CEO of Community Therapists, a leading community rehabilitation provider operating in British Columbia's B2B healthcare sector. He is a recipient of the BiV 40 under 40 award and holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business. With over 20 years of experience operating and investing in businesses, Salim provides Cenova’s operating partners with guidance in operations, financial analysis and strategy development. Salim sources and evaluates investment opportunities and works with sellers and partners to develop mutually beneficial deal terms.

Kim is a Cenova investment partner and the CEO of WPC Health, a B2B corporate health provider with locations across Canada. A serial entrepreneur with multiple exits in the healthcare space, Kim understands the vendor’s context in the sale process and brings expertise in transactions, operations and marketing to Cenova. He is a board member with Community Futures, an NPO focused on job growth and community impact, providing loans and guidance for small businesses in BC. Kim leads the effort to recruit operating partners and is actively involved in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as supporting our partners.
